Introduction When Dostoevsky was released from the Siberian prison, he concluded that life is full of awful behavior especially when one is incarcerated, tortured, and humiliated; yet from such survival, the possibility of any human overcoming cruelty is guaranteed. This incidence directed the author of the document to research what happened in prisons and how it impact those involved. The place seemed to have misplaced priorities rather than the supposed agenda of correction and rehabilitation. It embodied with other criminal activities, torture by the wardens and all the mistreatments that never got in line with the humane treatment and rights. The measures generated from the research were that the treatment was not any good for the prisoners. The police department on its contact acted their role in arresting and prosecuting the culprits. Though the participants, loosing identity, the arbitrary control, dependency, and emasculation promoted the collection of the measures. The research generated results that surpassed the intended reaction. The emotional feelings expressed by the prisoners and the negativity among the prisoners towards the subject reflected how bad the situation was occurring. The social force and power revealed the negativity associated with the prison. The study conclusion reflected on the negative social psychology effect arising from the study that should not apply to practice in the future. However, the shortcomings faced by the research included those extreme cases of the act turning to be a real torture to the participants. Lack of proper coordination that would facilitate the application of the necessary steps towards the involvements embodied the practice (Spielman et al., 2014). The research should have gotten modifications that would ensure no bad instances like those reflected appeared. The researcher and his team should have implied a less constructive ideology, not like the real one applied in prisons to limit the injuries caused. A prison is a unit under government watch, and for the research, it should have simplified dimensions to ensure a clear research with no much complaints. Everyone deserves a right to freedom, and for the researcher, he did the illegal activity of not allowing the participant the freedom to see family
