Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes a memory ~ Dr. Suess. This quote can’t and won't stop circling my brain. I never really focused on those memories as they were happening. I never really cared, but as I looked back at those small little pictures, I realized that those little memories hadn't gone away and they are important. Families and people towering over me I was freaking out and I started to cry, but when I saw the big fluffy easter bunny across the walkway with my brother the tears slowly dried up. I sprinted to them as fast as I could. my mom was standing by a woman holding an oddly big camera ran to her and hugged her thin legs. She struggled to pick up but when she did I hugged her neck. I could smell her strong daisy perfume. She walked over to the bunny and sat me in between the stained white bunny. My brother was freaking out and his face was burning red, i struggled to tell why he was crying but when I got closer to the bunny I could tell why. His suit was very itchy and stained. i had never smelt anything worse. It smelt like mildew mixed in with pee and dirt. I held on to my brother as tight as I could or he would slip out of the crowded bench. Surrounding the bench was a gate looking background with flowers poking out of it. Every single thing went quiet around me even the toddlers screaming to get on their parent shoulders like me. A ginormous castle blocked my view of everything, it was pearl white with baby blue exteriors. My cousin carefully set me off of her shoulders and her jaw dropped. She huddled me my mom and my brother together. My shoes squished form the water in them and my hair was damp. My brother on the other hand was soaked from head to toe. As my mom huddled around us I could smell her daisy perfume. I wasn't focused on the camera I was focused on the accelerating noise of the malfunctioning camera.
