Lately, absurd fashion styles have been trending. Wearing those trends to a learning facility, such as a high school, might be the wrong decision to make towards having a better learning environment. Dress codes limit the way people dress in a right manner, since they enforce several rules along with it. Enforcing the rules, the students will have no choice but to comply. Following the dress codes that are given, the school would be a better organized place for educational purposes only. In addition, it makes the students’ lives easier. Therefore, dress codes benefit a high school by imposing discipline, saving students’ money, and reducing peer pressure. Currently in schools, controlling students’ behaviors has been a difficult task to manage. Teens nowadays are wild, rude, and disrespectful. Abiding them to rules is the only solution to restraint them from their ridiculousness. Dress codes allow the students to focus better in their classes, as they would not be busy checking every other students’ choice of clothing. The freedom of wearing what they chose disrupts the intended, peaceful atmosphere. Furthermore, a majority of students wear offensive articles of clothing. Wearing the regular school attire would eliminate the task of spending huge amounts of money on certain types of clothes. With the latest launched designs, a majority of the items are heavily expensive. Buying them for up to a year would cost an unnecessary amount of money to be spent. Instead of saving the money for important matters, they would be thrown on clothes. Instead of getting loans and being in debt, parents are offered a much better solution. Both would be avoided by dress codes, as uniforms are given to the students for the whole year. The given uniforms cost less, and would last enough up to a school
