Having over fifteen years of experience in teaching and supporting children of primary and secondary ages has given me an endless satisfaction. Working with challenges and in challenging environments has convinced me that accomplishment comes from believing in oneself and pursuing it aggressively. My experience of working with children from diverse ethnic minority backgrounds, SEND and NTE often persuaded me in achieving my goal with a clear vision.

Every child is born of a particular strength, and if rightly facilitated, they will achieve high standards, as I witnessed during my career in schools. I implemented innovative teaching approaches ensuring that the lessons were interesting for all children, by differentiating appropriately. My multi-sensory teaching techniques were extremely effective during SATS as pupil progress; especially slow learners progressed from a level 1c to a level 4 in just 8 months. My strengths in subject knowledge, planning the new curriculum and delivering lessons to a whole class and for small groups ensured secure pupil progress. I used new intervention techniques to improve pupils’ communication, behaviour, social skills, and academic learning, which actively promoted positive behaviour in line with the school’s ethos and behaviour policy.
