On 04-09-2016 at 0315 hours I noticed a pickup stopped on Main Street about Mulberry Street with the passenger door open. The vehicle then turned onto Mulberry Street and pulled to the side of the road. I made contact with the occupants of the vehicle and was advised by dispatch Jenae Sisson had an active warrant for her arrest. Sisson was placed under arrest and placed into hand restraints which were properly fitting and double locked.
On 10-03-2015 at 2018 hours I responded to 599 Pine (Casey 's) in reference to counterfeit bills. Upon arriving I made contact with Store Manager Laura Isaac and Officer Woodruff. While Isaac was pulling up surveillance footage she explained that a female had attempted to pay for gas and other items with a counterfeit twenty dollar bill. I seized the note, it has been entered into evidence as #18596. Isaac also explained that the female arrived in a vehicle which she described as a grey short cab dodge truck.
On July 29, 2003 Detective Jason Leavitt was a part of a decoy operation with an undercover arrest team ; he was dressed on black jeans, a dirty short- sleeved flannel shirt on top of a dirty-t shirt, and a baseball cap to apart as a drunk homeless man . Detective Leavitt carried Twenty one-dollar bills in his breast pocket, to attract a thief. Leavitt was on the block of 200 Main St across from the Greyhound station. The Appellant Richard Miller approached Detective Leavitt on this very street to ask him for money. Detective Leavitt told Miller he was not going to give him an money, Leavitt testified that the appellant put his arm around him and asked him to go get a drink.
PPD Dispatch advised a male Black, approximately 35 years of age was seen running into the flow of traffic and yelling at passing vehicles. On Friday, 11/17/17, at approximately 1044 hours, Officer Chittenden and I were wearing full police uniforms and I was driving a fully marked police vehicle when we were dispatched to the Daly City Police station regarding a possible elder abuse. The reporting party, identified as Suella Feggans, requested I contact her via phone call. She stated to San Mateo County Communications her brother-in-law, later identified as S1 Ricardo Sainz, hit her mother, later identified as Linda West, with a metal pipe and threw her down a flight of stairs for a phone call request by reporting party Suella Feggans, identified via RIMS database, regarding her mother, being hit with a metal pipe and being pushed down the stairs by her brother-in-law. On 04/19/2018 at approximately 20:04 hours I, Deputy Keith Lloyd, along with Deputy Fred Corley were dispatched to 1299 E 119th Street, Mulvane, Sumner County Kansas for an unknown disturbance. The call was transferred from Mulvane PD who advised they could only hear that a male and his son were arguing. At approximately 20:34 hours Deputies arrived at 1299 E 119th Street. Upon arrival I made contact with a white male who was I recognized as Jarid Miles Branine from previous encounters. I asked Jarid what was going on and he stated he and his father got into an argument and his mother called the cops fearing the two were going to get into a fight.
On the above date and time I was conducting an area check of the the Ridge Road Center plaza. While behind the plaza, I observed a white, 4 door Mercury occupied by three white males. The vehicle was located in the back of the plaza next to a closed store. As I passed the vehicle all four males continued to stare at me. Concerned that the driver, or passengers may have a medical emergency, or a disabled vehicle, I proceeded to pull behind the vehicle without my lights or sirens activated to inquire.
On 04/23/16 I contacted Andrew Jepko at Pinching Pennies in reference to a theft of property call. Mr. Jepko said on this date at around 1230 hours a white male, white female and mixed juvenile male entered the store and browsed around for a while. Mr. Jepko said the party exited the store and the group stood outside the business for a short period and then the female reentered, expressing interest in a set of tires he was selling; which were stacked in front of the business. Mr. Jepko said the female exited the business again and when she did her male companion put two of the tires in the back seat of their vehicle with the juvenile male and then the three drove away. On 5/27/2018, I was dispatched and responded to 5446 Quist Drive reference to a disturbance. Prior to arrival I was advised via radio that a 14 year old male subject was brandishing a weapon towards others. Upon arrival I met with Edward Lohr, who was standing in the driveway of the residence. Edward advised that his girlfriend’s son, Seth Hayes, was lashing out and acting violent. Edward stated that Seth has been elevating his level of violence over the past few days.
Case Analysis #1: Robbery of Rural Home Deputies respond to a 911 call to the 7200 Block of state route 163 Sunday, January 15th at ten p.m. The crime reported was an armed robbery in a rural area. The stolen goods included several pieces of jewelry, gold coins, and cash missing from the victim’s safe. The victims included a husband and wife of the residence. The suspects were allegedly two white males.
On June 16, 2015, I was assisting Officer M. Rich on a suspicious activity call at Argonne Drive @ Versailles Street. Communication advised a light blue Buick with NC registration just dropped off two black male’s at the above location. Upon arrival in the area I observed a light blue Buick vehicle with a black male behind the wheel.
A Greyhound bus employee called the police and reported that a man at the bus station had fallen asleep on a bench with a handgun falling out of his pocket. Greyhound did not allow individuals to carry concealed firearms at the bus station. Police officers arrived at the bus station, which was located in a high crime area, and removed a handgun that was hanging from the sleeping man’s pocket. The officers woke the man up and placed him in handcuffs. The officers learned the man, later identified as Harris, had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

Many times, we listen to music subconsciously For my musical setting, I decided to go to the Dunkin Donuts in Chapel Hill. At Dunkin Donuts, I have always felt a sense of comfort and tranquility that I could never find at the library, since the library is dead quiet. For me, music has always boosted my work ethic as it enhances my dopamine levels.
On 02/08/2017, I, William Van Scoter, was working as a police officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1520 hours I was told to interview a woman who was to believed to have been sexually assaulted. I arrived at the University Police Department's lobby and was met by a female and two males. The female was later identified as Terry Giang. Giang was going to be interview by Detective Jeff Rider
