This massive growth originated huge companies directly or indirectly related to the defense industry. These industries grew and used large amounts of budget through lucrative private contracts. In this concept, (The Military Complex), the armed force is fused with the big arms industry, ofcourse with the economics interest of both parties. We can refer to the concept of armaments industry as a concept that has two interpretations because it is necessary to guarantee the independence of a nation, but at the same time produces the means that can serve to violate the independent of other nations. The President Dwight Eisenhower in his farewell speech was the one who alerted the formation of this structure, with a probability of representing a danger to the national security of the US. For the President there was a group that manipulated the Government in turn according to their interests that could endanger the democratic power. It is a warning that became a reality in modern times. The economists’ interests guide the tendency to maintain the fusion between the huge arms corporations with the armed forces. Actually in the defense department with a development of military economy, there is a pattern of growth in military budget; therefore there is a dependence on arms productions. The philosophy of the arms industry is easy to understand, they benefit by selling expensive and effective weapons, although society does not need another soldier with his corresponding rifle. The political class in particularly, the congressmen, for whom the arms industry implies great benefits in their electoral districts. In order to have the politicians in their side the huge corporations make the investments thinking in favoring them with millionaires and attractive contracts.
