Background Analysis
Dynamic duo, is a manufacturing plant established several months ago by two industrious young energetic business students, Drew Saline and Jack Richer, of Poedunk University in Poedunk, U.S.A. Dynamic Duo, Incorporated, has only one supervisor in charge, who appears to be somewhat concerned with safety, however, practically all of the facility owners (Drew Saline and Jack Richer), appear totally devoid of having any remote knowledge about safety and compliance with OSHA standards. (Banardin & Russell, 2013).

Second, and maybe prior to the first recommendation if time is available to do so, make sure only applicable recommended and required OSHA training equipment and required training is up to-date prior to accidents/ incidents, prior to reporting accidents, illness, and injuries within their (OSHA’s) established reporting times and compliance deadlines.
Solutions
Human Resources Management official should make sure that they provide the appropriate company oversight to all company personnel training and training for all programs, as needed, necessary, and required to ensure complete adherence and compliance with established company related policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures, especially in regards to compliance with OHSA Safety & Security standards as it relates to reporting accidents, deaths, injuries, and illnesses.
