Venture Idea- EZ Bill by Zhongyao Wu E-Z Bill is a no cost app built to simplify the chore of paying rent and bills amongst a large group of individuals. E-Z Bill, based in Isla Vista, California, will mainly target college students and young adults who are paying their bills for the first time. We hope to help these young adults prevent late rents and bills and protect them from “pain” of late fees. Today, we don’t have any app that pays rent, and many people pay their bill by writing a check, which is really inconvenient. E-Z Bill is a business and smartphone application that will simplify the process to a single click for the consumer. E-Z Bill will receive information from landlords and utility companies regarding how much their customers owe them, and then it will split up the rent and bill accordingly amongst the housemates and send the split bills out to

E-Z Bill is more secure for official use when compare to Venmo, and E-Z Bill enabled auto-paying function to prevent forgetting to pay. This application and business is targeted at college students and young adults. Its first and primary target will be set locally in Isla Vista. The cramped houses and apartments of the highly population dense college town will be the perfect place to test run E-Z Bill. Demographically, the 2010 United States Census reported that Isla Vista had a population of 18,786. The population density at here was 6,864.2 people per square mile. Comparing to United State average 87.2 people per square mile, Isla Vista has an advantage of very large population density. The median age in Isla Vista was 22.1 years old. The young age residence allows our app to be easily accepted. After success in Isla Vista, the next progressive action will be to spread our business to other college towns.
