The Company was founded in 1982 on Alberta, launched by father Leroy Earl Fuller and son Stanley Earl Fuller after the father and son opened another restaurant in North Vancouver in 1984. His slogan is “We believe in people living large purposeful lives, filled with fun” this means the people is the most important and every time they will go to the restaurant not only they will eat good food and drink, also they will spend a great time in there. Earls’ success was based on the innovation, best ingredients, and great service. The owners traveled around the world for brought many culinary ideas for continuing innovated their menu. Earls remained a one of North America’s most successful family owned restaurants group. It costs about $25,000 to train a chef that they are an engaging. There is a chef named Luke Verkuylen who successfully came through Earls’ apprenticeship program says “There are other restaurants to train in, but the way Earls does it is unique. Earls paid for school, they paid for my knives and they paid me a salary while I was in school,” Verkuylen says. “Earls’ training program is so great, I can now take someone who’s never held a knife before and make them a sous chef.” Verkuylen also mentions that Earls is completely different from any other place we can work.
