Abstract Having an Early Child Education Philosophy statement is important because it allows them to know their limits and learn the ropes of teaching. This will also allow them to develop their style as a teacher and what works best to teach kids what they need to learn. Every single person has different beliefs and how they want to teach and how to operate a classroom. This paper is going to talk about my philosophy on how a classroom should be set up and how to teach children. As well as my beliefs on how to guide children to become better and learn skills that will be necessary for the long run, but also to be of help to them. This is different for each person and I am no exception., I believe that education should be used as a framework for encouragement. Learning is tough and along the way, kids will struggle to understand the material ( explain and cite from the third reference). Another belief of mine is that education should serve as a building block for their thinking. When the kids are learning how to do a certain task they will question how to do it and if they have done it correctly; if we guide them with basic steps this will allow them to have creativity with how something is done. ( add an explanation and cite third). The classroom should be used as a space to start learning how to interact with the people around us. Learning how to work with the people around you, will boost their skills to ask for help when needed and to gain something from those experiences ( add an explanation and cite from the first reference).
