This location is located on an extremely busy intersection in the industrial part of town, which keeps this store a busy.
This store is relatively small compared to others but the exterior is maintained, walkways are clear and salted. It also has bundles of wood, washer fluid and antifreeze stacked along the entrance walkway, cluttered but well set up for their needs.
Both assistance looked directly at me when I entered but failed to extend an acknowledgment, neither a verbal or nonverbal greeting or smile. They both had customers in line, it was busy and the store was having a slight rush, nevertheless the look was unfriendly and unacceptable.

However, the sink and mirror had water and soap spots and the floor was slightly dirty, but not excessive.
The beverage area had a few pieces of trash, straw wrappers and two water rings on the counter and the spill tray had ice piles. The cups, lids and straws were 2/3 full. In addition, the food service area including the microwave and hot dog grill had a few crumbs from a previous customer other than that, overall was clean, well stocked with napkins, food boats and plenty of condiuments available.
As I approached the counter, both assistance were engaged in conversation with each other and a customer while both had customers waiting in line to check out or purchase gas. When I reached the counter, the associate, Sonni, was still engaged in conversation with the other associate about a lottery ticket purchase that a another customer had made. She gave me a glance, rung the water up and blatenly said, ".79¢ please." as she continued her conversation. I handed her .79¢ in change, which she counted, slowly, into the register drawer, still conversing with the other associate. I asked for a receipt and without looking at the receipt or me, she tore it off and handed it in my direction, without a closing
