The company is famous for having reliable machinery that construction companies and people depend on. According to Caterpillar.com in 2015 the company made over 47 billion dollars. This company that has been around for over 90 years has impacted the world and due to trade policies and economic variables many multinational corporations have been affected.
The Caterpillar corporation works with people and businesses to help the building of infrastructure and natural resources. Their machinery is a leading brand that has been around for many years providing solutions for small to large situations. The effects of currency fluctuations hold caterpillar hostage in some instance and that is when the company needs to seek ways to influence and empower. Caterpillar, which had $55.2 billion in sales last year, is all too aware of the effects of currency fluctuations.
