Education Administrator has a lot of common work activities. Some activities that I belive that are the most important would be first, making decisions, and solving problems. Like today in society there are complications about the students, teachers others school staff safety. The administrator is able to fix the complication that comes their way. Second, communicate with supervisors, peers or subordinates. Third, the administrator will perform task, and also get information needed to do the job. Fourth, I will be able to guide, direct, and motivate others by organize, plan, and prioritize work. Fifth, I will be able to coach, and teach others how to do there job. Building teams at a school needs to happen to get along, but sometimes being alone is okay. Second, perform for or work with the public, and communicate with people outside the organization. With using assist, and care for others. Third, recruit, interview or hire others. Fourth, monitor events, materials, surroundings, monitor, and control resources. FIfth, explain the meaning of information to others, and inspect equipment, structures or materials. Last, process information by amylase date(¨Common Work Activities¨ 1). Activities that I believe that isn't as important, but should be kept with the administrator is first, establish, and maintain relationships with other staff, students, and teachers. Second, judge the value of objects, services or people. Third, schedule work, and activities that are creatively. Fourth, you are able to use computers to document, and record information. FIfth, update, and use job-related knowledge. Sixth, identify objects, actions, and events. Seventh, I will be able to develop goals, and strategies.
