(a) Teaching my students skills in my classroom that will help them succeed in the real world will foster independence and allow students to gain confidence so they can meet their future goals. By developing classroom routines that promote independence and by providing step by step procedures that allow students to follow instructions that help them complete tasks in a timely manner so in the future they will be able to assimilate these skills into the workplace or future educational opportunities.

(b ). To be a positive influence in my students lives. I will model ethical and appropriate learning and behaviors that allow my students to be successful in the realm of education. I will use positive and appropriate feedback to build their self- esteem. I will provide a safe place in my classroom where they are allowed to appropriately express their ideas and concerns. I will set up routines for my students, to help them understand what is expected of them in my classroom every day. These practices are supported Fredrick Jones, He stated that teachers waste too much time when transitioning in classes, he thinks that teachers waste too much time transitioning and routines should be put in place to get rid of chances that negative behaviors will happen.
2. I will establish positive and negative reinforcements for my students. If students follow the rules and do what is expected of them in my classroom they will be able to receive a reward, such as a piece of candy or food. If students misbehave in my classroom a desirable activity will be taken away. This is supported by B.F Skinners Behavioral Theory. This theory states that positive praise and reinforcement should be put in place to get rid of unwanted and negative behaviors. Students often go looking for attention and providing appropriate praise and positive and negative reinforcements will get rid of that unwanted attention in the
