Well-developed states have understood the importance of education and they hence apportion enough resources to that sector. Education is also a human right and every child is entitled to a good education in their lives. There is a high student to teacher ration meaning that the students may not get the required attention (Mellon, 2017). Unlike the older students, the early childhood students need more attention and they are easily distracted. When there are fewer students in a class for instance, a teacher can carefully evaluate if he is being resourceful to the students or he is lagging behind. Many students seem to overwhelm the teacher which is also reflected in poor performance within the schools. When a student does not fully grasp the content that is taught within the first learning years, they may struggle through schools and they may also never get the chance to recover the many years lost. A curriculum should be set that focuses on the students alone to ensure that they get the attention that they get. Various school administrators should ensure that they only get qualified early childhood teachers for their schools. It is important that different colleges offer early childhood courses to ensure that the higher classes’ teachers do not have to juggle the two levels to succeed in their teaching career. A trained teacher is also not likely to perform well in her tasks thus resulting to mediocre results. It is also important to encourage parents to play an active role in the education for the early childhood children in this case; the parents can also assist their children in learning and understanding the concepts that are being taught in the
