I have never really placed any thought on how my teachers became who they are. Whether or not they were my favorite teacher or my favorite class, there was something that caused them to inspire me to learn. What inspired me to learn, you may ask? It will provide a safe environment for the students to be in everyday. It can also help the students to develop manners because if a great number of kids are following the rules, the rest will follow. As for my fifth characteristic i choose being adaptable. I plan to use this characteristic in my classroom by adapting myself to any certain changes in lessons plans and having an open mind that not everything will flow and create backup plans. If a lesson plan is ruined, I will have another lesson plan already done so, the students will be active in my class and not just sit there and do
