I believe that an education is a student’s most valuable asset in achieving a successful future. An education is a lifelong gift and should never be compromised. As a committed teacher, it is my job to provide the best education for my students. I will share my passion for learning and growth, inspiring my students to want to learn and grow themselves. I will lead by example, instilling the knowledge, compassion, desire and willingness to learn. I will give them the knowledge and guidance to ensure their success in their education and future. I want to challenge my students and give them the tools to succeed, not only in my class but in their lives. I understand that not all students learn the same way or at the same speed, but I will do everything in my power to provide them with the knowledge and the tools to succeed. I will take into consideration that my students have diverse needs and I will assist each one of them to meet those needs. I will learn about all of my students’ cultural backgrounds so that I can create lesson plans that will meet their needs.
