I believe that education is a unique experience for every student who enters a classroom. In order for children in general to benefit from what schools have to offers, I think that teacher must fully understand the importance of their job, the commitment they are making and the level of understanding they must have to each and every individual student. By supporting these special abilities, teachers can, for example, guide bookman ' research, and students can, in turn, enlighten teachers about subjects in which they may not be as knowledgeable. This mutual esteem for individual skills cultivates a professional faculty member family relationship , leading to a give-and-take educational alliance.
