As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to become a teacher. Leaving a positive impact on children is just one of the countless reasons why I have chosen to become an educator. I not only have the dedication to provide the most superior education to each student through differentiated instruction, but I will also strive to enrich their lives within a healthy environment and relationships. Having these strong relationships with students is important in making my classroom successful, in return the students will put their trust into myself and be more willing to put forth additional effort to obtain educational standards.
My past has included numerous opportunities to enrich children’s lives. I have been able to do this successfully by being a babysitter, Sunday School Teacher, Infant Child Care Associate, 4-Year-Old Preschool Teacher, and a Special Education Para-Educator. These experiences have allowed me to explore a variety of age levels. I have learned that I thoroughly enjoy preschool age children, yet I enjoy my time in the upper elementary classrooms as well.
