I believe that this quote means that El Chapo thinks that he’s the boss of Mexico since he was very well known for being a ‘drug lord’. El Chapo was an important and influential figure in history that had a negative impact on the world for many reasons. He ‘inspired’ other rebellious people to be like him and he ruined many peoples lives. He murdered, scammed, and sold harmful drugs to many people. El Chapo was born on April 4, 1957 in La Tuna, Badiraguato, Sinaloa, Mexico. He was born into a big and poor family and had a pretty rough childhood. His parents, Emilio Guzman and Consuelo Loera, had seven children including El Chapo. El Chapo also entered the drug trade as a teenager. About 10 years later, he began running drugs to larger Mexican cities. His career grew faster and faster and he became known more around the world for what he does. Later, he became leader of Sinaloa Cartel Pacific coast faction. During his career as a drug trafficker he committed some other crimes, like murder. If his ‘helpers’ made him mad enough he would torture them and kill them depending on what they did. In 1992, police found the bodies of six of El Chapo’s main lieutenants on the side of the Tijuana highways, tortured and killed by El Chapo himself (“Joaquin ‘El Chapo’ Guzman
