It is significantly important that a researcher does not have any bias or external objective incorporated within their research as it causes a negative shift in the idea that is being studied leading to an adverse and controversial outcome. Furthermore, in order to have a representative study a large sample should be taken into consideration as it allows for generalizability as the study applies and represents the entire population rather just a small set of individuals. Considering the peer-review process, which has a possibility of going wrong within the research, process and can affect the overall validity of the study as it can lead to negative outcomes for instance, falsification of the information being presented within the study.
