Elvis Presley was born January 8, 1935 and died August 16, 1977. He was born in Tupelo, Mississippi, when he was about 13 years old his family moved to Memphis Tennessee. Elvis was very shy as a kid, and wasn’t all about preforming in public. But he got a guitar as a gift and learned to sing, not with the help from a music coach, just by himself. In his teenage years he became more into music; He also started to sport look with sideburns and styled hair. This style would eventually become Elvis trademark. In 1953, he went to Sun recording studio – to record a song for his mom, but he also hoped to be noticed over this song.
