Emotion is abstract and it is one of the greatest gifts given by God that enable human to feel every actions in this world. Without emotion, the world would be dull as people will find it is hard to understand each other, avoid danger, make decisions and take actions. However, everything in life has two sides; good and bad sides. Thus, emotion is not an exception from these two sides. Thus, if one loses control of his/her emotion, it might bring negative consequences to the community. This type of emotion is called as destructive emotion. Fear brings bad effect when it carries the attitude of avoidance in oneself from the community. When he/she fear, his/her confidence becomes low and as a result, he/she will try to avoid anything that will make him/her to face the distress such as by living a companionless life. This is known as social anxiety disorder or social phobia in which it involves intense fear of certain social situations, such as the situations that are unfamiliar or which one feels that he/she is being watched or evaluated.
