Introduction:
In this essay, I´m going to talk about how does the Emperor Penguin, a cute but intelligent animal, manage to live at the low temperatures that the Antarctic can offer us. First of all, here you got some facts that you need to know before even starting reading this. They are the biggest penguins that exist; they eat fish, krill and squid and some of its main predators are Leopard seals, Killer whales and Skuas. When female puts an egg, the male is the one in charge of incubating the egg, in this process, the male losses over half their body weight. (As shown in Annex 1, picture 1)
In this essay I am going to talk about two main things, who does this creature manage to survive at such cold temperatures, how his DNA mutation does helped him not to die and give him a facility and how does his superior intelligence from all the other birds or Antarctic animals help them survive at the Antarctic.
I think that the penguins, being so intelligent it would survive easy on the Antarctic thanks to, probably, many DNA Mutation that its specie

The emperor penguin, besides being the tallest penguin in the world, he is also smart. They are also so smart that when they moved from a place to another, they go in groups and they rotate so they don´t feel so much cold. (As shown in Annex 1, picture 3)The penguin at the outer part get inside part the penguins at the inside part go outside of the circle. This movement helps them all not to feel so much cold when they go in groups. Also, penguins are very intelligent, because ´´ they jump into boats if chased by orca because they don't fear humans like other animals. They're also smart enough to recognize people 6 years after separation, to recognize their own names and to come up if their name is called, and to stay calm after an oil spill when they're to be cleaned´´(2)(As shown in Annex 1, picture
