Kaitlyn, as a Warhawk, I must disagree with you. You point out that the British might ask the Indians to be their ally if we engage in war. What I think is missing is the fact that we have allies as well. The French were there for us when we fought for our independence. We have an ally in the French, and I am 100% positive that they will come to help us if we need it.
It was two years later after the Boston Tea Party the war began. Parliament passed four Acts collectively known as The Coercive Acts between the two, which made them angry. the Tea Party was a key trigger but not the only one, the war had been long brewing. There were many arguments over religion and government. Uncompromising differences between the South (Confederacy) and the North (Union) created a civil war that lasted five years. During this war, Abraham Lincoln was president. After watching the Julius Jones documentary, this case depicts racial injustice towards Julius Jones. I strongly believe this case has been controversial because of the substantial evidence demonstrating that Jones was innocent. The police system failed to identify an innocent man who looked nothing like the suspect. Unfortunately, being born African American was a disadvantage that led to an unfair trial which ultimately led to an unjust verdict. It is very unfortunate that Jones was accused of murdering Paul Howell, a white businessman from Edmond, Oklahoma, in 1999.
