INTRODUCTION I have set up the attached question are for my friends and colleagues to find out how they see my strengths and weaknesses in my role as Relationship manager. I have also used my Enneagram assessment to find out what my strengths and positive qualities are, as well as my weaknesses and challenges. As one of my strengths is commitment .In my current position as Relationship Executive in the Agricultural segment, I will often ask the Agricultural economist to accompany me to clients to make sure that the client gets the best advice. I will also include the other product specialists like the financial advisor, and CAF specialist etc. to help me clinch new deals. Hunting in packs helps a lot so we can leverage from each other’s strengths • Practice acceptance – I understand that pain and stress is part of my everyday life. Although it is hard to handle, I will deal with the stress and pain, I won’t deny or ignore it. It is so that pain and stress is part of my everyday life and I will face that. To counter or absorbed this it is very important for me to socialize with friends and family. I also take time off to get some exercise by going to the gym 3 times a week.
