There are probably many ways that the Behavior of Starbucks differs from that of Enron and Wells Fargo, however there are two that stand out above all else. First of all Starbucks treats its employees as partners, and refers to them as such. They are not seen as individuals in their company that are there to reap financial gains for the company. “Starbucks empowers all partners to make decisions that impact our reputation” (Starbucks "Business Ethics and Compliance"). Where as the decisions that were made by both Wells Fargo and Enron did impact their reputation, however it was not a positive impact that was brought out by the decisions of Wells Fargo’s employees when they chose to open the millions of fraudulent accounts and the same is
