Throughout Ken Kesey’s, One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, the balance of power is challenged in the psychiatric ward. Out of the several leaders that appear in the novel, Nurse Ratched and McMurphy are the most prominent. During Nurse Ratched and McMurphy struggle for power, they share many of the same qualities. It is argued that: “McMurphy and Ratched are alike in intelligence, military service, distinctive (if opposite) clothing, and conventionally masculine qualities” (Evans). These small similarities; however, do not distract the characters from fighting for their individual beliefs.
Furthermore, being a true leader to a kingdom takes wise counsel from those who bring wise words to help you and not taunt you. “You will never cover up that corpse, not if the very eagles tear their food from him, and leave it at the throne of Zeus” said
A short critique - “The Reformed Pastor” by Richard Baxter Richard Baxter’s writings on the “The Reformed Pastor” is a wake up call to every shepherd of the flocks to examine their soul’s condition and their flocks as well. So, the minister, coming into ministry with much infirmity, has before him a great responsibility and yet difficult office to undertake and to accomplish. Every minister’s success in accomplishing God ordained duties and responsibilities depends on the thoroughness of his examination of his own soul – “It is most necessary, therefore, that men of so much infirmity should take heed to themselves, and be careful in the oversight of their own souls.” While he takes care of his own soul diligently, the same way he needs to care for his flocks welfare – soul’s betterment. Richard Baxter’s writing had been a humble yet an authoritative call to reform ministers’ actions and live their lives as if the souls of his flock depend on his actions.

Much evidence supporting both arguments whether he has been viewed as both 'Butcher of the Somme ' and the 'Architect of Victory '. However, the majority of people seem to favour the idea of Haig being a merciless leader, which is completely understandable.
There is one vital aspect to strong leadership, and that is the relationship that the leader has with his followers; what binds him to them and what binds them to him. On Agamemnon’s part, his only claim to his followers was their civic responsibility
Because of his attribution to the New Testament as writing 13 books in the total of 27 books, Paul even considered himself “as little more than an ambassador or emissary for Jesus” (Powell, 231). Paul is the person who had oppressed the church. After that, on the road to Damascus, when he experienced a rendezvous with Jesus, he became a Christian missionary. Discussing particular theological issues, Paul’s epistles are written to a specific person or a specific group of people. Paul’s epistles are to Romans, two to Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, two to Thessalonians, two to Timothy, Titus, and Philemon.

Paul’s pneumatology found in his writings has been a matter of interest in recent New Testament scholarship. Gordon Fee has been a great contributor in this area and in Paul, the Spirit and the People of God he outlines the various elements found in Pauline pneumatology giving us greater insight into this subject. In this paper I will highlight some of these elements that are unique to Paul and are not found in the Synoptic Gospels and Acts. The first distinctive of Pauline pneumatology is the way he sees the Spirit as God’s personal presence. For Paul, the coming of the Spirit meant that God had fulfilled the promises He had made to Jeremiah and Ezekiel when He said, ‘I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel’ (Jer. 31:31), and
