I have always been described as a loving, friendly, and quiet person. These characteristics may be due to the fact of what I value most in life. What I value most gives me a reason to do the things I do or act the way I do. Furthermore, they are the sole purpose as to why I continue with my life and why I am the person I am today. The things I appreciate that shape me as a person are family, reading, music, health, movies/tv shows, and of course friends. These values are all represented on my mandala. The symbol I used to represent my family are three united individuals. It shows my parents standing by either one of my siblings or myself. They are at the center of my mandala because they are who I cherish the most. They are one of my core values because my admiration for them is out of this world. This may sound a little generic but it is because I have so much respect for them. My parents focus all their attention on my siblings and I to make sure that we have a better life. They support my decisions and they are there for me in both the best and worst of times. My two brothers are not always tolerable, but I have a lot of love for them as well. Music is significant to me because of the emotions I can obtain from it. This is due to all the genres that are available for me to choose from, I can find anything that fits my mood. Because of this, I see it as a form of therapy and relaxation. After a long, exhausting day, I can just get home, lay down, throw on some earphones, and listen to whatever I want. It is a form of blocking people out who you may not want to listen to. It is a form of finding comfort through a difficult time. This is probably the main reason as to why I love music so much, it helps me cope with all the problems around me. I often find myself feeling a bit depressed or out of place and the music is just there to soothe
