It is my greatest pleasure to apply for the Adjunct Professor position in the Education Department of Lebanon Valley College. As a member of the Hershey community and a teacher in the school down the street, Hershey Primary School, I have had uncountable interactions with your strong and supportive, student teachers, professors, students, and facilities. I utilized graphic organizers and interactive experiments that motivate, while allowing each student and teacher to participate at his or her own level. I validate every child’s and adult’s unique interests, academic needs, and learning preferences. I employ web-based performance tasks, making learning more relevant and collaborative. For this reason, I am often sought to advise and seek solutions for all educational technology issues by my colleagues.
By combining these planning skills with a calm but consistent management style, I create a highly effective classroom. I maintain control of the group while simultaneously fostering a warm and friendly environment.
