Although the thirty tyrants have flourished, Without the payment of the citizens for public service, then who will build up Athens. Athens must be great again, so we must pay our citizens to feed their families and to know what democracy is capable of. Money is not a big deal, it's just where we can get it from. The only way to bring up our economy is to build up the agriculture and the mining. We can sell all the goods that we can process from our lands and sell it to other city states. Also, we can build triremes so we can set sail to other unknown city states for trading. As we can build up our economy, this will help Athens grow economically and democratically. This proposal that I will offer is to create a tax system and to pay citizens for public service will create jobs and to hold up with other competitors. Democracy is letting us have these opportunities create a new Athens. It will help us grow and protect our citizens from foreign enemies. We can think outside of the box of what we should do to help Athens reclaim its throne. If there will be no wages then how will the Athenians feed their family or put a roof over their heads. Why should we be getting all the money if we can share it to the citizens for all the hard work they will accomplish. Hear me out, who will work for free. No one will. Especially the aristocrats, they just feed off the wealth based off the work of the citizens and would not give the citizens a fair share.
