The serial killer is fascinated with killing overweight women and taking their skin to create bodysuits for himself. He has a specific way in which, he he gets the women in order to skin them. The reason for his actions are simply because he is a transexual but, is too coward enough to get any type of surgery to complete his body. He then becomes the serial killer know to be “Buffalo Bill”, while he begins his killing spree in Kansas City, where he finds his first victim. While visiting Lectors, as she leaves a prisoner flicks semon on her. Making her come back for Lector to tell her about his old patient. However, the conversation is recorded and falls back on Starling, but leads her to information about “His Friend Louis”. Only to find out what he meant was in an anagram of “Iron Sulfide”. As the case begins to become more personal to Starling desperate and soon begs Lector for more information. He tells her there is a Case File, held with all the information in it she would need.
