Congress is made up of the two chambers called, bicameral legislature. Chamber one represents the people which are the, “House of Representatives” and Chamber two is the “Senate” which represents the State. Members of house serve two year terms and Senate serves six year. This is where our laws start out is at the Congress level. Congress is lawmaking and is put in place for the citizens of United States to obey by. The functions of Congress are not just people views but they also must take into consideration the views of our economy.
