Ender’s Game is a unique book it gripped on the details of what it takes to become a powerful leader. I picked this book for my report because i was told it would reflect on some of the decisions I make in my life, such as staying motivated to stride for success. After i read this book, I agree with what i was told, the way Ender progressed in this book by learning leadership traits and putting outstanding dedication in what he was doing motivated me to stride to become the best. Ender Wiggin grew up in a normal family with child geniuses, two sibling and himself. He has a attitude with aggression attached to it and some time goes against what his higher ups say, to achieve success. Ender progressed even more and then gets selected to lead the whole fleet in destroying an alien race called Buggers. When he defeated the race, he believed it was up to him to find a new home for the buggers to make commences with them and they can recreate their race. A whole new Ender was created as you can tell from his actions, he becomes more understanding with his emotions and learned to control his aggression and anger. Ender showed more kindness as the book goes on from start to finish because he feels more accomplished as he keep progressing and takes on these tasks of a leader. There is a huge tactical lesson I got from this book, understanding your enemy fully and truly is the meaning to defeat them. Ender master the simulations and knew what to do, and when to do it, that's what made him stand out in the beginning to make it to the fleet. A way to reflect this in real life is to master your MOS, to be the best to stand out from your peers to succeed and progress in the Marine
