What is it that makes a person achieve “excellence” as a “leader?” Is it merely being the President of 10 of clubs? Or is it possessing something greater than what is visible to the naked eye? Excellence and leadership are not esoteric qualities that only a handful of individuals are born with, for they each can be attained by anyone who lives their life with a purpose and is willing to pass on their beliefs to future generations. To me, the concept of leadership is simply more than a title to my name, I desire to lead by example because it is simply my way of life. Throughout my years of schooling, I have been recognized on several occasions for going above and beyond to reach out to my community to see what I can offer for the greater good. Being a member of the inaugural graduating class at my school, each year, I am always selected to attend junior highs to persuade to students to enroll in our collegiate program.
