Fertility Treatments - What Are They?
Before doctors would render any treatment solution for fertility, they first examine the reason behind the inability to conceive. It must be understanble that fertility problems can fall on men or women for various different reasons.
Fertility can be quite expensive and insurance at times do not cover such expenses. In this sense, this would also be the perfect time to converse with partner regarding the cost. Meanwhile the following are the common fertility problems and the ways on how doctors counteract to these problems.
Female Fertility Treatments
Ovulatory Problems - Irregular ovulation may be caused by different factors such as the presence of polycystic cyst or endometrioses. For every, factor affecting ovulatory problems, doctors also have specific fertility treatment to induce for the patient. For instance, if problem solely lies on irregular ovulation, doctors may recommend a clomiphene medication. This include taking up fertility drugs like Clomid, Serophene, and Milophene to boost up the production of follicles at the right time. This is when doctors are able to determine whether or not the partner is producing healthy and complete sperm count. In case problems are detected, the male partner can provide a sample of his semen for an artificial insemination in three ways. First, the partner may provide it through natural masturbation or doctors may induce retrograde ejaculation. This is when doctors ejaculate sperm from the male’s bladder or get it from the
