As I was evaluating my food log, I thought about my general eating habits. This allowed me to realize that my diet varies greatly with the food that my family is eating; we tend to eat the same foods for several days in a row. We have a wide range of food that can be incorporated into different weekly meals; sometimes we have three days of borch (a form of vegetable soup) while other times we have three days of pasta. I took this into consideration while evaluating my food log.
While I began highlighting and crossing out different foods in my food log, one aspect stood out to me. This was the excessive sugar in my diets. I never noticed the amount of sweets I eat on a regular basis. I would like to address this issue some time in the near

Though, at times, I drink fresh juice, I mainly drink processed juice that is highly sugared and should be reduced or eradicated from my diet.
Another general problem of mine, that this food log has allowed me to better notice, is my quantity control issues. I was not able divide my food log into breakfast, lunch, and dinner, because I essential lacked this division and ate varied portions of food throughout the day. I often skip lunch and eat a bigger dinner, which is not ideal. I should attempt to eat more times throughout the day with fewer quantities.
All of these unhealthy parts of my diet can make me feel fatigued and easily agitated. Generally, I have noticed that I'm tired. Also, I would like to address other issues related to my eating habits. This is the distribution of my consumption. Not eating for extended periods of time can give me headaches whereas overeating makes movement more difficult. It also makes me feel bloated and unable to complete certain physical and mental tasks. Overall, the negative aspects of my diet and eating habits have a negative impact on me. The excess sugar and fats impact the amount of fat lining my internal organs and thus impairs certain bodily processes. With a well-balanced diet, I will be able to better perform at daily tasks with more energy. I hope to progressively enforce the rules I have set forth for myself in this essay and improve my eating
