Good Customer Service As the atmosphere had been set to warm the over populated, fast paced city of Los Angeles. The sun had began to rise over the busy highway ,that remain behind a busy California breakfast cafe. One of the cafe's usual diners has already endulged in the calming aroma of hot coffee and warmed maple syrup. Has eaten and been waited on. In showing gratitude of the employee's provided good customer service; reguardless of her attitude, how little knowlege the server had about the menu she was presenting or how accomadating she was to the diner. The server was left a wealthy tiporl percentage amount, althought the servers performance was the true definition of "poor customer service". Despite the lack of favorable and exceptionl customer service skills that the server had and the much needed mindset to actually provide what all must assume is actually good customer service" ; the server was still fortunate enough to recive such a wealthy tip but still wasn't educated on how to perform better. It is a must for a servers ablility to be accomadating. A server providing good and favorable customer service has the right attitude, they are knowlegable these two characteristics of a good customer service provider go hand in hand. One going above and beyond forseeing the issue before hand and minimizing the any chance for delay or confusion and resolving it,these are actually the duty good customer service provider. These actions of a good customer service provider are not an option nor can it be easily dismissed. In good customer service one must meet the customer and their needs in a timely manner right where they are. When the time arises and someone has received or provided favorable and good customer service; it can't be missed , overlooked and everyone should know
