“How To Survive Mrs. Appleby’s 8th grade” I’ve decided to put together a survival guide to help out those of you who are knew to Mrs. Appleby. Follow these steps and this could be one of your best years in your lifetime. You might even find that you like school and eighth grade with Mrs. Appleby. The first necessary thing that you will need to know to survive Mrs. Appleby’s 8th grade is don’t talk out. What I mean by that is when Mrs. Appleby is speaking, don’t interrupt her. Only talk when she allows you to during class. Don’t sit in class next to someone you would be tempted to converse with, because if you do talk to that person, the consequence is either your name goes on the board, if that happens then you need to stay in for recess …show more content…

Appleby’s 8th grade is do your homework. When Mrs. Appleby assigns you homework, be certain that you complete it and turn it in on time. Sometimes, she will even give you opportunities in class to do your homework. Be sure that you study so that you do well on tests. She really admires it when you do all your homework and do well on any quiz or test that you take. The grand finale thing that you need to know in order to survive Mrs. Appleby’s 8th grade is treat others as you would like to be treated. Be respectful to other classmates and staff because that is how you would want them to treat you. Don’t interrupt students or staff when they are speaking during class. Especially don’t whine when any adult instructs you to do something like a worksheet or paper. She really appreciates it when you are respectful to everyone in the classroom. Alrighty students there you have it all the steps you need to follow in order to survive Mrs. Appleby’s 8th grade. If your name goes on the board because you got in trouble you will be required to write definitions. Unless your name goes on the board twice a week then here comes a conduct card coming your way.
