Religion is a key tool in people's lives, which could lead them to live a certain way, act a certain way, and do things a certain way. Religion is a particular system of faith and worship. There are 3 major religions, all based and using similar traditions of the same background of Judaism. In a sense, Judaism is a stepping stone for some other religions such as Christianity and Islam. Judaism is “the religion developed among the ancient Hebrews that stresses belief in God and faithfulness to the laws of the Torah” (Webster’s Dictionary). They believed in faithfulness to God and the Torah. Judaism influenced christianity in many ways like in the religion's traditions. In a sense, Christianity was born within the jewish traditions. Christianity was built from Judaism because Abraham was first mentioned in the Hebrew Bible. Soon after, christianity started to mention Abraham in the Holy Bible. Islam formed from both the christian and jewish religions. Islam developed some of the same traits from Judaism as it developed to be a major religion. Jews and muslims believed in the same god or gods, and they both wear net caps while they are praying. Islam also came from christianity because they believe in one god, that the orah and Gospel are holy scriptures, that Jesus was born miraculously, that jesus performed miracles, that Satan is the root of all evil, that an antichrist will come to earth, that jesus will return to earth to kill the antichrist, that the Day of Judgement will occur and people will be judged, that there is Hell and then there is a paradise, you can go to either. depending on your actions in
