In order to bring about change to america and society we need to bring this evidence to a state senator or some other government leader and show them why this needs MLDA 21 is not doing it job and why it is killing more than it is saving. Research shows that the MLDA 21 is not doing its job and it is actually putting teens of the age 18 in danger because they binge drinking on alcohol because they can't just go out and have a drink so they are consuming large amount of alcohol at a time.
