Can you imagine throwing your leg over a 60 horsepower machine that goes 80 miles per hour? Now imagine wearing a helmet, boots, pants, long sleeve jersey, neck brace, chest protector, and gloves and hopping on your 260 pound bike and jumping over 100 feet in the air.
Motocross is a very intense sport, motocross by definition is a timed motocross race over winding dirt tracks with sharp turns and dirt jumps. Aside from doing your workouts everyday you must think of practice on the bike, dieting and the mental preparation that it takes to win races week after week.
