Abortion is being done all over the world every day, there are countries that legalize abortion while there are others that abortion is illegal. According to WHO (World Health Organization), every year in the world there are an estimated 40-50 million abortions. This corresponds to approximately 125,000 abortions per day. (Worldometers, n.d.)
This essay will be examining the abortion and the different arguments for pro-life and pro-choice abortion. This paper will be defining abortion, pro-life and prochoice. It will be identifying the views of pro-life people and the views of pro-choice people. The paper will also be bringing about the different arguments of pro-life and pro-choice and explaining those arguments.

What this is saying is that not legalizing abortion or being against it, women’s’ rights are being taken away from them. Pro-choicers believe that women should have the right to choice whether they want to abort their baby or whether they do not. What they are saying is that at the end of the day it’s the mothers’ life and their baby, they are the ones that have to go full nine months and bring forth the baby. Therefore, the choice should be theirs and not someone else choice.
• Women will die of unsafe abortions if we make it illegal.
Pro-choicers believe that if abortion is made illegal women will be pushed to perform unsafe abortions and they will die. Abortion being illegal means that women cannot go to a registered nurse or doctor to perform an abortion unless they agree to do it illegal and because of this woman will be pushed to come up with different home remedies to perform abortion. These home remedies can then kill women. In the world that we are living today women are finding all different remedies and doing different practices to abort a baby and some, maybe most are dangerous ways. There are currently women drinking certain dangerous liquids that can be toxic and life threatening to them. Pro-choicers believe that abortion should be legalized. With this being done women can now go to a specialized doctor that can terminate their pregnancy in a safe
