Red Lobster is a seafood restaurant in the U.S. and Canada. It was said that the business has employees more than 63,000 people. After the company established new vision, mission, and goal, the management needed to hire hospitality minded people who will work towards the company’s goals. Red Lobster needed it to hire a restaurant manager that will always reflect on the company’s strategy, vision, and values. The company also wanted to change their job description to suit the new strategy, vision, and values.

The Restaurant manager is responsible for finding suitable staff and training them, keeping a record of all income and expenses, and working with kitchen staff to develop a menu.
To be successful as a Restaurant Manager you should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, an ability to multitask and experience working in a full-service restaurant.
The importance of the Restaurant Manager position is having a natural leadership ability to stand in for the General Manager during shifts and ensuring that customers are satisfied while managing back of house priorities.
The manager supervises staff and monitors inventory levels to ensure that restaurant operations run smoothly.
Job Requirements, Skills, and Qualification:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a relevant field prior experience in a high-end restaurant preferably in a managerial position.
 Excellent communication skills.
