Training at Taco Bell There comes a time in your life when you must get a job. There’s lots of places to choose from in the great town of DuBois. My personal favorite place to work at is Taco Bell. You could enjoy all of the benefits from working there and create so many fun memories. In order to have a wild and fun time at the Bell, you must first get hired. After that, you get to experience the best part of the job, the beginning, which just so happens to be training. In training, there are lots of steps to accomplish in order to be prepared to work. You must sit at a computer to learn the basics, and you get hands on experience for three days that will enable you to be properly trained. For your first day of training, you get to sit at a computer for roughly four hours. Here at the computer, you will learn all about Taco Bell. The first thing you need to know is that there are three different stations that you could be trained on. The first station, and the one you’ll be trained on, is front counter, the next station is the drive thru, and the third one is the prep food area. On the front counter, we have a training mode that enables you to push buttons without messing with the food orders. You, for most of the day, will just watch me take orders and follow me around to see what I do and know when is a good time to do certain things. For example, you don’t want to sweep up floors when there is a lot of people around. If you were on drive thru, your training would include you taking money, handing out food and doing dishes and putting them away. Then if you were doing the food prep, you would be handling food, getting tested on what comes on different items on the menu, and cleaning up your area when you have time to clean.
