Immediately following the NFL draft, there was a feeling of excitement in air for football fans as Superbowl expert picks and NFL Superbowl odds began popping up on the Internet. The fans are also waking from hibernation with the knowledge that the 2016 football season is a mere four months away.

For NFL players, coaches, owners and fans, the football season really starts with the draft around the end of April. Every year, hundreds of young men see their childhood dreams become reality as NFL teams line up to select them to play professional football in the NFL. For some players, the chance to play professional football has special meaning.

Böhringer first caught the eye of NFL scouts and coaches at the 2016 NFL combine. During his workout, he laid down an incredible 4.43 40, 39" vertical leap, 131" broad jump, 6.65 3-cone drill and 4.1 short for good measure. At 6'4" and 227 lbs., he managed to become one of the major news stories to come out of Pro Day.
