One wound I received was lose of my uncle. It was hard for me to begin to heal my wound due to the fact that I felt lost without my uncle. After some time, I began to try to heal my wound, but I encountered many painful reminders of him. He loved Fig Newtons and since we lived in the same house, everyday after school he would offer me cookies. There were many other painful reminders that hurt even more than getting the wounds in the first place, such as Halloween because he passed away on Halloween. From my personal experience I believe that healing a wound can be almost as painful as getting it in the first
