I chose Tom Brady as my manager for this project. I picked Tom Brady because he is one of the greatest quarterbacks of all time and he is very successful off the field in his business. I believe that Tom Brady is one of the greatest leaders of all time. Even though I am not a Patriots fan I still admire him. I admire how he was a late draft pick and no one believed in him. Or how he had an awful combine and was really weak and small. I think Tom Brady is one of the greatest leaders and hardest working athletes that I know.
Tom Brady is the quarterback of the New England Patriots. Tom played baseball and football at his high school in California. He played on his JV football team as the backup QB. That team never won a game.

He has led his team with amazing comebacks, many regular season and postseason wins, and has developed players on his team to become great athletes. I would say that Tom is situational leader. When being a leader in sports, situational leaders often emerge. All teams in the NFL have one goal, to be a Super Bowl champion. Tom Brady’s goal is improve all the athletes on his team. Although he does put in a very large amount of work to better himself, he tries to put in that much more effort to make the players around him better. Former teammates like Patriots tight end Cam Cleeland says he created some of the best memories in his life thanks to Tom Brady. Cam says that Tom studied playbook day and night so that he could help make the team better. He says, “his leadership is something that needs to be studied.”

Because of his success of leadership, Tom Brady has earned this contract. To top this off, in addition to his NFL contract, Tom received 8 million from his endorsement deals with Under Armour and UGG Boots. With this extra money in recent years, Tom has invested more in his TB12 business. He recently wrote a book called the TB12 Method that was very successful. In this book, Tom talked a lot about his methods of exercise and diet. This is another example of how Tom has made money off the field.
With more money from off the field business, Tom can now invest more in retirement. He is getting old and retirement from football is in the near future. He has set himself up good though. He will continue to success in TB12 post football. I believe he will lose his deal with Under Armour when he gets out of the league because he no longer plays. There are other options for Tom post football if TB12 is not making enough money. Many players can go into coaching or broadcasting. These careers can make a lot of money if you are good at
