Diabetes is a disease which is the amounts of sugar (glucose) in the blood. It can happen when there is not enough insulin. Which is a chemical produced by the pancreas to regulate blood sugar levels. Approximately 2.6 million of all African Americans aged, 20 years or older have had diabetes. However, only 1/3 of them do not know it, that it's the most life threatening consequences of diabetes is the heart diseases and strokes.
