United States Postal Service Many people believe that it would be smart to keep the United States Postal Service (USPS) operating so that American citizens can stay employed and the mail system can continue to run. People favor the old times and feel that when and if you take away paper mail and go strictly technology, some people will be less likely to communicate with their loved ones. A lot of people really like to keep paper mail for sentimental reasons because you can go back whenever you want and just hold it in your hand and read from whichever loved one sent to you and just imagining them write it. A major thing that the USPS has in mind is the previous generations in our society. They only know how to use paper mail to communicate and struggle to learn how to make a text message or an email. They are always asking us young teens how to use it because we were born into it, which made us prone to learning while we were young to adapt to it.
